She integrates evidence based and tested in the field leadership practices to help leaders improve their workplace intelligence. Our changing world of work requires us to be cognitively agile, to be resilient and to be able to appraise situations.


Hala typically works with professionals and executives in fast paced, changing and complex workplaces that include consulting firms, law practices, global construction companies, manufacturing facilities, renewable energy firms, investment banks, tech firms and CPGS. In addition, she works closely with founders at series B and beyond.

Her background shapes this work. With 10 years in global marketing communications, branding and sales for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Hyatt International, she has translated complex strategies into measurable commercial results.

She holds an MBA in business model iteration and demand generation, a Master of Design in Foresight and Innovation with training in AI integration and systems design and a (PCC) designation accredited by the ICF.
