# Resilience Factor

> Strategic executive advisory for the decisions, communication and negotiations that define careers and organisations. Founded and led by Hala Beisha, Managing Director, based in Toronto, Canada and working with senior leaders across Toronto, New York, London, Singapore and San Francisco.

Resilience Factor is a one to one strategic advisory practice, not a coaching franchise or a consultancy with a bench. Every engagement is with Hala Beisha directly. Advice is contextualised to the situation the client is actually in rather than delivered from a distance, and draws on business strategy, strategic foresight and design thinking rather than a licensed external framework.

Hala spent ten years in hospitality brand strategy with Four Seasons and Hyatt, then seven years at BetterUp, where she held more than 10,000 strategic conversations with Fortune 500 leaders, founders and business owners. She holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Master of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation from OCAD University.

Clients are typically directors and executives: VPs of Innovation, CFOs, CTOs, CROs and Chief AI Officers, plus founders and business owners. Sectors include consulting, law, technology, investment banking, renewable energy, architecture and manufacturing.
